Viewings
I aim to accompany every single viewing personally if it can’t be me it would be Emma, my partner who lives and breathes this business. This means that whoever walks through your door is met by someone who knows your property inside out and is best placed to answer questions, highlight the right features and gauge genuine interest. Any further contact with any potential buyer would always be with myself.
I also offer open house events where appropriate — a proven way to generate excitement around a property and attract multiple buyers at once. Agreeing a sale is just the beginning. I manage the entire process through to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and the onward chain on your behalf. You will always know exactly where things stand, and I will always be at the end of the phone when you need me.
