I have spent over 25 years working in property — across independent agencies, and most recently as an Area Director for one of the UK’s largest corporate estate agency groups. I have seen the industry from every angle, and that experience has shaped everything I believe good estate agency should look like.
I started John Chand Personal Estate Agent because I wanted to do things differently. Not differently for the sake of it but, because I genuinely believe that the people trusting an agent with their biggest asset deserve better than the corporate model allows for.
